We’re happy to sweeten your day during the following opening hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 9:00–16:00
Saturday: 9:00–17:00
(open year-round)
Last admission: 30 minutes before closing.
The SchokoMuseum is closed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.
Please note that the SchokoMuseum will be closed on December 24 and 31, 2026.
Due to seasonal reasons, production may occasionally pause.
The SchokoMuseum is not affected by production breaks and can be visited year-round without restrictions.

Production
Confiserie Heindl & Pischinger
Production schedule:
Monday – Thursday until 4 p.m.
No production takes place on Fridays and Saturdays under regular operating conditions.
Exclusive insights into the production area of Confiserie Heindl and Pischinger are available at any time during the SchokoMuseum’s opening hours.
In addition, you can learn more about the various production processes through screens and information panels. With our Hearonymus audio guide, you can also dive deeper into our daily production routine.
Our production schedule varies according to season, time of day, and demand. Please note that production may be paused seasonally. Our staff take their annual holidays in May and during the peak of summer.
