Chocolate Praline Workshops for Adults
Our praline workshops offer a culinary journey into the delightful world of nougat, marzipan, and chocolate, and also make a wonderful gift for all chocolate lovers and connoisseurs. Explore the fine art of the chocolatier with us and get creative inspiration to take home. No prior experience is necessary – our workshops are designed for everyone to enjoy!
Under the guidance of our event manager, you will create your own exquisite praline creations. From fruity to nutty to chocolatey, there’s something to delight every palate. The sweet pralines are hand-shaped, dipped, decorated, and then packaged to take home.
During the event, enjoy a variety of freshly made tastings from the assortment of Confiserie Heindl and the wafer specialist Pischinger, straight from our production. A guided tour through the SchokoMuseum is included.
Recommended age: Designed for adults, participation suggested from around 14 years.
Our praline workshops include:
- Admission to the SchokoMuseum
- Short movie at the SchokoKino (chocolate cinema)
- 3 chocolate fountains to taste from
- Guided tour through our "sweet world of chocolate"
- Sweet tastings (Confiserie Heindl and Pischinger)
- Praline workshop of your choice
- Duration: 120 minutes (Pischinger Torte: 90 minutes)

We exclusively use chocolate with 100% Fairtrade-certified cocoa in all our workshops.
Our praline workshops can be booked exclusively as a private event at your preferred date, even outside our regular opening hours.

Praline Workshops for children
Due to seasonal reasons, production may occasionally pause. The SchokoMuseum, however, is not affected by production breaks and can be visited year-round without restrictions.
